Low Fat: Fruit Salad with Ginger-Wine Syrup

An incredible low fat plate of mixed greens formula to attempt !

Fixings
• 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 9 tablespoons sugar
• 6 ginger root cuts, about the size of a quarter
• 2 medium nectarines, pitted and meagerly cut
• 2 medium peaches, stripped, pitted and daintily cut
• 1 1/2 pints new raspberries
• 6 medium new figs, quartered

Directions

Consolidate wine, water, sugar and ginger in medium pot. Stew over medium hotness until decreased to 2 cups. This requires around 16 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate until chilly, around 60 minutes. Eliminate and dispose of ginger cuts.
Place natural product in a huge bowl. Add syrup and throw to cover. Cover and chill something like 2 hours yet no longer than four hours prior to serving. The low fat plate of mixed greens is prepared to serve...enjoy it !
